About Baytree Care

Providing exceptional Mental Health services with dignity, respect and empathetic care.

About Us

Founded in 1997, Baytree has grown into a trusted provider of mental health residential care and supported living across North London.

Our work is grounded in the belief that stability creates possibility. We recognise that many of the individuals we support have experienced disruption or repeated change. Consistency, clear boundaries and skilled support form the foundation of our approach.

We do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Each person’s history, strengths and pace of development are different. By creating the right conditions — safety, structure and time — we support individuals to regain confidence and gradually flourish.

Over more than two decades, we have built strong partnerships with commissioners, clinical teams and families, focusing on thoughtful placements and long-term sustainability.

Our Philosophy

Mental health care is more than a service; it is a collaborative responsibility. We work in close partnership with individuals, families, commissioners and clinical teams to provide consistent, well-considered support.

We provide a trauma-informed approach for individuals who may have experienced hospital admissions or repeated placement breakdown. A person’s history informs our planning, but it does not limit their potential

Support plans are developed collaboratively, with clear goals aligned to each individual’s strengths and long-term aspirations.

Digital care planning systems promote consistency, transparency and shared oversight. We focus on realistic, meaningful outcomes that support sustained independence.

Our team is highly experienced in mental health care, with occupational therapy provision, clinical psychologist supervision and dedicated assistant psychologists.

Our Core Values

Our values guide how we make decisions, work with others and support individuals every day.
